I highly respect those who subscribe to the school of thought that there should be nothing professional about Christian ministry. I understand where you’re coming from. I’ve read John Piper’s book, Brothers, We Are Not Professionals. It’s a great book. It reminds us that we’re not just here to analyze markets and produce numbers. I completely agree.
You can join their selling program for as low as $199 or up to $499 for their largest starter kit. According to their website, they have an attractive commission program which starts at 25-30%. Students planning to complete their bachelor’s degree at other schools. Many state schools and some CCCU schools may not accept transfer credits from nationally accredited schools. It is up to each school on what transfer credits they accept. Based on this, for students that come to City Vision that do not plan to complete either their associate’s or bachelor’s with us, but expect to complete at a state university or CCCU school, we recommend that they first check with that school on credit transferability.
The Bible is all about Jesus and His Atoning Sacrifice on the Cross for US! We don’t need to (and cannot) do anything more. I tell others of the Salvific work of Christ, and how believing in your heart (where only God can look), the Holy Spirit works change in our nature. Our we still sinful? YES of course but we’re freed of the crushing guilt of the Law and we rejoice at God’s forgiveness. We are all beggars; we look to Christ; we confess the one TRUE FAITH given once to the saints – why would you, Bill Woolsey, Rick Warren, Joel Osteen, and countless others push new ideas on what Christ’s Church needs to do and to be ?
Many entrepreneurs desire to become financially independent in order to care for their families, give to the needy, and fund missionary ventures. They have an idea, locate the funds to begin, and take on the responsibility for managing their own companies. When the motivation is honorable, and the business is honorable, God delights to bless it (Psalm 37:23). When an entrepreneur’s motive is selfish or sin-based, the business will not enjoy God’s blessing and may become a hindrance to God’s best plan for the owner’s life. As with all decisions, Christian must seek wisdom from the Lord before taking that first step in establishing a business (James 1:5). Part of wisdom is planning ahead (see Luke 14:28–29). When wisdom says it is a good idea, when all costs have been counted and the priorities are straight, entrepreneurship can be a benefit to the entrepreneur and to the world.
Mary & Martha has a career plan listing on their website that allows you to see the different bonus structures as you move up in the consulting ranks. To start, you make 25% of the profit and once you sell $1200 a month, you earn a 5% bonus. The bonus structure makes it more difficult for those at the bottom to make money so. To make a good income, it appears that you would need to advance higher in the ranks at Mary & Martha.

More and more Christians are thirsting for the opportunity to stay at home with their families, or even help out their spouse or family with a little extra cash in a tight economy, and one example of prospering from the Internet is for you to simply direct websurfers to websites and get anywhere from 10% to 80% of all sales you refer. We teach you how to drive thousands of websurfers to websites, no matter what “niche” you prefer, and no matter what type of Christian home business or Christian work from home approach you might want to take!
Successful entrepreneurs look at the world through a lens of opportunity. We want to train the next generation to think entrepreneurially from a young age. Thinking outside of the box, looking for solutions where others see dead-ends and creating new opportunities are just a few of the things needed to succeed as an entrepreneur. Let us help pass this mindset on to your children and teens!
The Kingdom of God is not of this world. It’s not one of the seven pillars. Religion is humanly established. It’s organized. It’s regulated. There are rituals or things that we manage from a human perspective, but God’s Kingdom, the Bible says, is within you. It’s invisible. It’s basically the rule and reign of Jesus. Wo everybody that says, “I follow Jesus” is part of the Kingdom of God.
To work as a consultant, you must purchase one of their start-up kits, priced at $395, $595, or $795. There is a monthly fee for the website, but it is free for the first three to six months, depending on the kit you choose to buy. Premier Designs offers a credit line to their consultants, meaning that the consultants can charge the products to an account and pay for it later when they begin to earn money. While you are not required to have an inventory of jewelry, it can be helpful to sell more at home shows.
While state schools can provide information about counseling, City Vision will provide very practical counseling education with deep Christian integration. Similarly many state schools’ nonprofit management programs are often essentially generic business degrees, while we help our students integrate their Christian values in how they run nonprofit organizations and businesses.
John D. Rockefeller is considered one of the most influential businessmen of the 20th century. Interested in entrepreneurship from a young age, he began his first proper venture at age 20. At 24 years old, he opened his first oil refinery, a decision that eventually led to his founding of Standard Oil Company. At its peak, Standard Oil controlled 90 percent of refineries and pipelines in the United States. Devout in his faith, Rockefeller contributed a great deal of his wealth to philanthropic causes. By his death, he had given away more than $530 million.

What if on top of that you had access to e-books, reports, video’s, software and tutorials to teach you everything you need to know about every type of Internet marketing and online prosperity that you could possibly need? What if you had products to promote and sell as your own? Then, what if you were taught how to create your own products for even more prosperity? Then, what if on top of all that you had a Christ-centered learning center to fully support your efforts? Even better, what if you’re cash poor and many of the marketing tactics you’re being taught didn’t cost you a penny?
